【重要】台風接近および大雨警報発令に伴う臨時休園のお知らせ

日頃より当園の運営にご理解とご協力をいただき、深く感謝申し上げます。
さて、本日6月3日午前現在、世田谷区内、川崎市内において「大雨警報（警戒レベル3相当情報）」が発表されております。また、現在接近中の台風の影響により、今後さらなる降雨量の増加および風雨の強まりなど、急激に危険度が高まることが予測されております。
さらに、本日午前7時10分の時点で、東京都内の一部地域において「氾濫危険情報（警戒レベル4相当）」が発令された箇所も認められており、近隣地域を流れる河川等の状況も含め、予断を許さない緊迫した状況が続いております。
当園では、川崎市の避難確保計画作成の手引きおよび当園の防災計画に基づき、園児および保護者の皆様の安全を最優先に確保するため、本日はキンダーガーテン全クラス【臨時休園】とさせていただくことを決定いたしました。
これに伴い、本日の「通園バスの運行」につきましても、終日全面運休とさせていただきます。急なお知らせとなり、保護者の皆様には多大なるご不便とお手数をおかけいたしますが、園児の命を守るための最善の措置として、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

【保護者の皆様へのお願い・注意事項】
・今後の気象情報、および自治体（川崎市・世田谷区等）から発令される避難情報（高齢者等避難や避難指示など）に十分ご注意ください。
・「空振り覚悟で早めの避難」を原則とし、冠水している道路や土砂災害警戒区域などの危険な場所には決して近づかないよう、身の安全を第一にお過ごしください。
・断水や停電などの不測の事態に備え、ご家庭での飲料水や備蓄品等の確認・確保をお願いいたします。

**[Important] Notice of Temporary Closure Due to Approaching Typhoon and Heavy Rain Warning**
We would like to express our deepest gratitude for your continued understanding and cooperation with our school’s operations.
As of this morning, June 3, a “Heavy Rain Warning (Equivalent to Alert Level 3)” has been issued in Setagaya City and Kawasaki City. Due to the approaching typhoon, we expect a rapid increase in the level of danger, including heavier rainfall and stronger winds as the day progresses.
Furthermore, as of 7:10 AM today, a “Flood Danger Warning (Equivalent to Alert Level 4)” was issued for certain areas within Tokyo. The situation remains tense and unpredictable, particularly concerning the conditions of rivers in neighboring areas.
In accordance with Kawasaki City’s evacuation planning guidelines and our school’s disaster prevention plan, we have decided to implement a **[Temporary Closure]** today to prioritize the safety of our students and their families.
Consequently, all school bus services will also be completely suspended for the entire day. We apologize for the short notice and any significant inconvenience this may cause. However, we sincerely ask for your understanding and cooperation as this is the best measure to protect the lives of our students.

**[Requests and Precautions for Parents/Guardians]**
* Please pay close attention to future weather updates and evacuation information (such as Evacuation of the Elderly or Evacuation Orders) issued by local municipalities (Kawasaki City, Setagaya City, etc.).
* Please prioritize your safety. Follow the principle of “evacuating early even if it turns out to be a false alarm,” and never approach dangerous areas such as flooded roads or landslide warning zones.
* Please check and secure drinking water and emergency supplies at home in preparation for unforeseen circumstances such as water or power outages.
