We had a special visit from the doctor today. He made sure that we were all doing okay and healthy. I am glad the students were able to give him a warm welcome with big smiles and a greeting. This morning, we took part in our Yoga Class, using the yoga blocks to do some poses and helping us out with our posture. It was great to see how much everyone has improved in their mobility and balance throughout the past few months.
