Today we talked about family for our calligraphy lesson. What is family? Family are our “brother, sister, mom and dad, and sometimes a dog”. After we talked about our families, we would write them down. Some of the students challenged themselves by writing the sentence I gave them that said “I love my _____”, where they would fill in the blank. The words were in upper case and lower case letters, teaching the students different varieties of the alphabet!
